Global Investments Learning & Development Lead

Invesco is seeking a Head of Global Investments Learning & Development to lead the global training strategy for investment professionals. The role partners with senior investment leaders, HR, and external providers to identify needs, build scalable programs, and drive CPD tracking and reporting. The position combines strategic program leadership with hands-on administration of needs analysis, onboarding, mentoring, and budgeting. Frequent collaboration across regions and time zones is required.
