Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Your tasks: Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on safety and accuracy Meet production delivery deadlines and adapt to schedule changes Improve productivity, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usage Utilize WMS and inventory control software for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and WMS reconciliation. Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for maximum productivity. Communicate with vendors, and internal Logistics regarding logistics and inventory issues. Enforce safety rules and escalate violations as needed Monitor and ensure compliance with all quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Train, schedule, and manage team performance and attendance Experience: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, OSHA 30, or Lean/Six Sigma are beneficial.
