Sales Associate

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Valparaiso, IN. The Sales Associate will greet and assist prospective homebuyers, conduct model home tours, and clearly explain floor plans, features, pricing, and available options. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining client records, and supporting the sales process from initial interest through closing. The Sales Associate will represent Havyn Homes’ brand and values, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the homebuying journey.

Qualifications: Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Clear verbal and written communication skills, including professional presentation abilities. High level of integrity, reliability, and willingness to learn. Availability to work weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
