About the Role:
We are seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The STNA will play a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of our guests by providing high-quality, personalized care and support. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by licensed nurses
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
