This role falls under Scrum Master within our compensation framework.You will:Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum best practices to drive efficient delivery Remove blockers and coordinate across stakeholders to keep projects on track Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and align work with mission priorities Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams Encourage self‐direction, ensuring work is completed without coercion, assignment, or dictation of tasks Facilitate discussions, decision‐making, and conflict resolution mediation Guide the team to maximise self‐organization and servant leadership principles What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (BS from an ABET‐accredited program) Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis Experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to make recommendations to the Government Ability to analyze relevant data and develop solutions to problems Skill in preparing recommendations, understanding organizational relationships, and developing mathematical models Technical Expertise: Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience with ServiceNow applications Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience with technical projects and leading facilitation Ability to communicate technical details to stakeholders Certifications: Current and active DoD Secret security clearance Proficiency with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies Travel & Passport Some overnight stays possible Physical & Work Environment Requirements Periods of prolonged sitting and/or standing, including desk‐based computer work Travel between offices, customer sites, and government installations Work performed in a secure facility with potential restrictions on personal electronic devices Communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders verbally and in writing Manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail Interaction in dynamic environments requiring problem‐solving and conflict resolution Compliance with medical or travel requirements for certain assignments as per governing authorities Background & Security Employment contingent upon successful background investigation Alcohol and drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and critical illness insurance 401(k) immediate vesting and match Paid time off and company holidays Generous tuition and training support Relocation assistance Sign‐on and performance‐based bonuses Employee referral program Access to wellness initiatives and more Join Us If you're driven by mission, technology, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.This position is one of many opportunities on our global team.
