About the role

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS - Self Perform Fort Lauderdale, FLI'm partnering with a leading national construction organization to identify a senior construction leader to oversee and grow its South Florida operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a substantial self-perform construction operation, leading teams across concrete, drywall, and other specialty trades while driving regional growth.
The Opportunity: Lead regional construction operations across South Florida. Oversee self-perform teams, project execution, and operational performance. Drive growth across concrete, drywall, and specialty construction scopes. Build and develop teams while maintaining key client relationships. Play a key role in expanding a growing mission-critical and commercial construction business.
Ideal Background:
  • Senior operations leadership experience with a construction subcontractor.
  • Strong self-perform construction background.
  • Experience overseeing multiple trades, projects, and field teams.
  • Proven ability to develop teams, drive operational performance, and grow a business.
  • Backed by an established national construction organization with $10B+ in revenue and 4,000+ employees.
