We focus on scratch-made dishes & locally sourced ingredients. Work with a positive, creative team in a fast-paced environment. The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. Requirements:
Job requirements include a decent level of physical fitness, the ability to pay close attention to detail, and a desire to take pride in one's work. An innate desire to cook, learn, and work well with others are requirements. Our Dishwashers report directly to the Executive Chef & Chef de Cuisine. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift 50lbs.
