You're the integrator's badge in somebody else's plant, nobody from your own company has called in four months, and you hear about your next assignment a fortnight before it starts. And the engineering managers run small teams and sit on the same client project as most of their people, so the person you report to is in the work. I've worked with this business since late 2020 and almost every engineer I placed with them four and five years ago is still in their seat. The work is funded. The site is a large pharmaceutical manufacturer and they're building new manufacturing in other locations as well, so what you learn here doesn't stay in Indiana.
