Overview:
In this role you will support and execute marketing strategies to grow the firm, collaborating with technical staff and leadership to produce compelling pursuit materials and brand-consistent communications. You'll manage materials, assist with proposals, and contribute to market research and data management, helping to shape growth initiatives. The position offers exposure to industry events and cross-functional work in a collaborative, employee-owned environment. You will leverage your creativity and organizational skills to drive marketing impact and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize marketing materials such as resumes, project sheets, and collateral
- Support proposal and qualification package development including content, compliance, production, and delivery
- Provide graphic design assistance
- Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and business development leaders on marketing and pursuit materials
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategy and decision-making
- Maintain and update marketing and business development databases with accurate project and client information
- Attend industry meetings, conferences, and tradeshows
- Perform additional research or special projects as needed
- Travel as required
Key requirements:
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI-enabled tools a plus
- Experience with CRM/marketing databases; Deltek Vantagepoint a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Positive, proactive, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
- Creative, organized, and able to multitask and prioritize
- Detail-oriented and dependable
