Supporting the development and delivery of organizational change management plans, the full-time Organizational Development Analyst will assist with training sessions, course development, and change plan development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of classroom and virtual training sessions for technical audiences under supervision
Support course development efforts, including research, content review, and maintenance of teaching materials
Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in the development of change management plansRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited college or university
2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of one year of proven experience in a relevant field
Familiarity with learning principles and change management methodologies
Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops
