Knepp Market Garden is seeking an experienced Head Grower to lead all aspects of site operations at our 3-acre organic vegetable production growing for the on-site restaurant, shop, and local wholesalers.
This permanent role (40 hours/week with some weekend cover) involves soil management on heavy clay, propagation, crop planning, team leadership, and collaboration with chefs; there is potential for an end-of-season bonus.
