Your precision and expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in a high-acuity OR setting. Provideintraoperative supportincluding exposure, suturing, and tissue handling Maintain asterile surgical fieldand ensure safety protocols Anticipate surgeon needs and respond efficiently Collaborate with the OR team to ensuresmooth workflow and optimal patient care Assist withpre-op preparation and post-op support Requirements
Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA or equivalent)Proven Cardiothoracic (CT) surgery experiencerequired Strong knowledge ofsurgical anatomy and sterile techniques Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-acuity environment
