Required Qualifications0–3 years of relevant professional experience in operations analysis, security systems support, technical project coordination, or a related field. Proficiency in project management and coordination tasks. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and familiarity with project management tools. Working knowledge of physical security technologies, remote monitoring systems, or video surveillance solutions. Strong business writing skills, including preparation of professional reports, technical summaries, and project documentation. Excellent documentation abilities, including process flows, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting records. Ability to interpret operational metrics, system logs, incident information, and performance data. Experience supporting project tracking, milestone reporting, and task coordination. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences. Strong verbal communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Education/experience: At least three years of formal education beyond high school or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
