Volunteer Musicians Wanted

Volunteer Responsibilities: Perform appropriate music for residents in a long-term care setting Engage residents through live musical performances Help create a positive, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere Interact respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors Session Information Typical performances are 30 minutes to 1 hour Flexible scheduling available One-time and recurring volunteer opportunities welcome Solo performers and groups encouraged to apply Music We Welcome Acoustic guitar Piano or keyboard Vocal performances Instrumental music Country, classic hits, oldies, gospel, folk, patriotic music, and other resident-friendly selections Church and community music groups

Requirements: Because Cura of Onamia serves vulnerable adults, all volunteers must successfully complete: Criminal background screening Fingerprinting (when required)Volunteer onboarding and orientation requirements
