Senior Safety Manager - Field Excellence & Compliance

GCC is seeking a Safety Specialist to act as the staff expert in safety at our Tijeras, NM location (15 minutes from Albuquerque). The role reports to the Safety Director and works closely with the Plant Manager to build a strong safety culture and reduce regulatory exposure. Responsibilities include developing programs, delivering training, and advising at all levels of the organization. Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in safety management; MSHA experience is highly preferred.
