Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach Educate individuals and families on insurance products and coverage options Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate policies Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
