Job Description:
The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment communities in Keyport, NJ.
Candidate Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry & paintingStrong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and appliances. HVAC certification is strongly preferredMust be able to assist with snow removalGood verbal and written communication skills and great customer service skills are requiredMust have own tools, valid NJ driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel between properties A minimum of 3+ years of related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredAbility to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlinesAble to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergenciesWe offer a competitive salary, pleasant working conditions and a Benefits Package which includes: Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Disability and Life Insurance Programs.
