Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience as a General Manager or in a comparable senior restaurant leadership role Restaurant opening experience; building SOPs and SOS Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment Loyalty and recent longevity; 3+ years with a company Additional Experience That May Be Valuable: High-volume restaurant or multi-unit operations Strong beverage and bar operations experience Experience driving operational improvements and business growth NYC neighborhood restaurant experience with regulars Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated resume.
