Customer Account Specialist- Louisville, KY (Koch Filter)

Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the order process. Coordinate customer orders from order entry through shipment. Communicate order status, updates, and potential disruptions to customers in a timely manner. Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer service. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams. Monitor orders to help ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Support customer account management and order fulfillment activities. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Education & Qualifications: University, College, associate degree or higher is preferred or an acceptable combination of education and related experience.1–2 years of customer service or customer support experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Professional and customer-focused approach. Employment references required. Work Environment 100% on-site position in a typical office environment. Professional, business-casual dress environment.
