Role Description:
The Licensed Esthetician is a contract/Part Time on-site role based at Aeterna Aesthetics in Edinburg, TX. This role is responsible for providing professional skin care services, including facials, peels, Botox injections, fillers, Co2 Laser treatments, Lymphatic Massages, art micro-needling, IPL Pro, Laser Hair Removal and other treatments that are tailored to help you reach your goals. Day-to-day duties include performing hair removal services, recommending appropriate skin care regimens, and educating clients on post-treatment care. The esthetician will maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, follow infection control and regulatory guidelines, and document services accurately in the clinic’s system. The role also involves building strong client relationships, supporting product and service sales, collaborating with clinic staff, and participating in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
Professional skin care skills, including Skin Care treatments and Cosmetology-related services appropriate to an esthetics practice.
Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques, with attention to client comfort, safety, and clinic standards.
Strong Customer Service abilities, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with a diverse client base.
Sales skills to support retail product recommendations and promotion of clinic services in an ethical, patient-centered manner.
Current state esthetician license in good standing (Texas) and adherence to all applicable regulations.
Ability to work on-site in Edinburg, TX, including standing for extended periods and performing repetitive treatment tasks safely.
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or similar clinical setting is preferred.
Reliable time management, professional appearance, and commitment to continued education in esthetics and skin health.
