Executive Director, Conservation Fundraising & Partnerships

Nature & Culture International is seeking a CEO to lead the U.S. fundraising program, cultivate major donors, and build partnerships that scale conservation across Latin America. This remote role is open to California candidates, with travel for donor meetings and about four weeks in the field annually. The position is full-time, exempt, with a salary range of $275,000–$325,000, plus health, retirement plan, PTO, and professional development support.
