This role will be instrumental in turning strategy into actionable content that drives adoption and enables employees to thrive in an AI-first world.If you're passionate about creating clear, engaging change materials, enabling people through transformation, and making complex changes simple and relatable — we want to hear from you.What You'll Do: Join New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) as a Change Analyst within the Group Transformation Office (GTO).Are you detail-oriented, creative, and ready to help employees embrace new ways of working? As a Change Analyst, you'll translate enterprise change strategies into practical, easy-to-understand content that accelerates adoption and minimizes resistance. Working closely with Change Leads, Domain Change Ambassadors, Business Leads, you'll design communication plans, training modules, and enablement tools that make transformation tangible and relatable.• Develop clear, engaging communication materials, training assets, and enablement resources aligned to the transformation roadmap.• Execute communication plans and training journeys under the guidance of Change Leads and Domain Change Ambassadors.• Use digital channels, learning platforms, and visual storytelling to simplify complex changes.• Collaborate with Change Ambassadors and Champions to ensure messaging resonates with frontline employees.• Maintain feedback loops to refine content and sustain engagement throughout the change journey.• Partner with Training and SME Council to execute and deliver frontline training.What You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.• Strong content development skills with an eye for clarity and creativity.• Ability to execute guided plans with precision and attention to detail.• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools, learning management systems, and visual design platforms.• Passion for enabling people through change and making transformation relatable.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Content-first mindset with a focus on enablement.• Creative execution that makes change engaging and easy to understand.• Detail-oriented and guided approach to delivering high-quality outputs.Location & Work Model: Hybrid setup with flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to New York, Philadelphia, or other strategic collaboration locations.Pay TransparencySalary range: $70,000 - $95,000 (New York City, Philadelphia) // $70,000 - $85,000 (Chattanooga, Iowa)Overtime eligible: ExemptDiscretionary bonus eligible: YesSales bonus eligible: NoActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
