Senior Revenue & Trust Accountant

Location: Middle Tennessee / Primarily Remote About Framework Group Framework Group is a sports and entertainment agency representing athletes, talent, and brands nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Revenue & Trust Accountant located within reasonable driving distance of Clarksville, TN to oversee sponsor and client billing, collections, trust account administration, athlete and client disbursements, project financial administration, and financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing the full revenue cycle, from sponsor and client invoicing and collections through the receipt, allocation, and disbursement of funds. The position will manage athlete and client funds, calculate and retain Framework's contractual fees and commissions, process payments, and ensure all related accounts are accurately reconciled. The position also supports the financial administration of Brand projects, working closely with the Brand team to track project funding, vendor costs, reimbursable expenses, and project-level financial performance. This position works directly with executive leadership and plays a key role in supporting high-profile athlete, talent, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities: • Prepare and issue sponsor and client invoices• Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections activities• Track incoming payments and accurately apply cash receipts• Manage athlete trust accounts and client funds, including deposits, transfers, reconciliations, and disbursements• Calculate and allocate Framework's contractual fees and commissions and disburse remaining funds to athletes and clients• Initiate and process ACH, wire, and other electronic payments to athletes, clients, and vendors• Maintain complete supporting documentation and transaction records for all client and trust account activity• Support the financial administration of Brand projects, including client billing, payment tracking, and project-level financial reporting• Track project budgets, client advances, vendor costs, and reimbursable expenses• Coordinate with the Brand team to ensure client invoices, vendor payments, and collections are processed accurately and on time• Reconcile project revenue and expenses and assist with project-level profitability reporting• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports• Support month-end close activities and audit requests• Ensure compliance with company policies and fiduciary responsibilities• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• 5+ years of accounting experience, including accounts receivable, billing, collections, trust accounting, or related financial operations• Strong experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting• Experience managing trust accounts, escrow accounts, client funds, attorney trust accounts, or similar fiduciary accounts preferred• Experience initiating ACH, wire transfers, or other electronic payments preferred• Experience with project accounting, client billing, or project-level financial tracking preferred• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills• Experience with Quick Books Online preferred• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Must reside within reasonable driving distance of Clarksville, TN and be available for occasional in-person meetings in Clarksville Compensation & Benefits• Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually• Annual Performance Bonus• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Paid Time Off• Professional Development Opportunities• Primarily remote work environment with occasional in-person meetings in Clarksville, TNTo Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience with billing, collections, account reconciliations, project accounting, and any trust, escrow, or client fund accounting experience.
