WHAT YOU WILL DO: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite executives. Manage complex calendars, meetings, and conferences. Prepare and organize Board presentations, executive reports, agendas, and meeting materials. Coordinate executive travel, logistics, expenses, and related administrative activities. Manage incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up on executive requests. Serve as a key liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication across the leadership team. Maintain confidential business, financial, employee, and executive information with discretion. Support office operations and special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED: TO JOIN OUR TEAM7+ years of progressive executive or administrative support experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. Proven experience managing complex calendars and supporting senior-level executives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong experience preparing professional presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
