About the role
Seeking a New Mexico Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys within the team
Required qualifications:
JD from an ABA-approved law school
Active bar license in New Mexico
8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
