Senior Manager, SEM Analytics

Overview Senior SEM leader at Ever Quote to own end-to-end search engine marketing from bid strategy to measurement, while building and guiding a high-performing analytics team. You will analyze performance with SQL and Snowflake, run rigorous experiments, and shape SEM strategy at the portfolio level. This role pairs technical depth with leadership to scale impact across the Growth Analytics function. You will work closely with executives to drive data-driven growth in a fast-moving, high-standards environment. Compensation / Benefitsvariable cash bonus programsequityhealth benefitswelfare benefitswellbeing benefitscareer development opportunities Responsibilities Own SEM end-to-end including bid strategy, budgets, structure, and bidding dynamics across search platforms Lead and develop the SEM analytics team Analyze performance with SQL (Snowflake) by campaign and downstream outcomes Identify optimization opportunities such as bid adjustments and budget reallocation Design and evaluate experiments with rigorous statistical standards Partner with VP of Growth Analytics on SEM strategy and portfolio tradeoffs Key requirements 6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on SEM ownership Deep fluency in SEM mechanics: bid strategy, budgeting, structure, keyword management Strong SQL skills; ability to pull and analyze large datasets (Snowflake a plus)Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality, confound control Experience managing people, including senior analysts or managers Clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field OR equivalent analytical experiencestrong communicationleadership and people managementstakeholder managementSQLSnowflakeSEM bid strategies and automated bidding
