Learning Design Manager

Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a global team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in instructional design Guide the design and development of various learning assets, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training Oversee the full lifecycle of complex instructional design projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards

Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design within complex global organizations 3+ years of leadership experience managing learning experience designers or curriculum managers Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proficiency with LXD technology, including authoring tools and LMS platforms Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact through data analysis
