Warehouse Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts
  • Assign and adjust work tasks to meet productivity goals and operational needs
  • Monitor warehouse operations to ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
  • Serve as the main point of contact between warehouse staff, management, and other departments
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed
  • Train and coach warehouse team members and support consistent operations
  • Cover one or more warehouse locations based on business needs
  • QualificationsWarehouse Supervisor Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
Required Skills:
  • 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, and barcode scanning systems
  • Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, lot tracking, expiration management, and inventory reconciliation
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and healthcare industry quality standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, safety regulations, customer requirements, and operational documentation
  • Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Preferred Skills: Preferred Qualifications2 or more years of experience in a medical warehouse, healthcare distribution center, pharmaceutical warehouse, or regulated healthcare logistics environment Pay range and compensation package
