Deputy General Counsel — Regulatory & Strategy Lead

American Credit Acceptance, LLC is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to lead legal strategy and risk management from our Spartanburg headquarters. This onsite role reports to the General Counsel and collaborates with senior leadership. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel on product initiatives, consumer finance regulatory issues, and governance, with relocation to Spartanburg, SC required by start date.
