Strategic HR Director, Youth-Services Nonprofit

Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland seeks a Director of Human Resources to shape workforce strategy, culture, and compliance for three Clubhouse locations in Oakland. The role provides strategic guidance to the President/CEO and leadership teams, and leads the HR function across the organization. The Director will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits while ensuring lawful, inclusive, and mission-driven operations at BGCO.
