Sanitation Manager - Direct hire/ W-2 job opportunity for growing food manufacturer!
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus DOE plus benefits!
Responsibilities:
•Specific duties will vary by position but generally include support for operational efficiency, quality standards, team collaboration, and adherence to company procedures. •Responsible for maintaining the integrity of product quality and safety by ensuring that all equipment and facilities are following GMP's, company sanitation policies, and USDA and FDA regulations.
Qualifications:
•At least 3 years of current progressive food sanitation supervisory and/or managerial experience in the USDA and/or FDA regulated food/beverage manufacturing facilities. •Strong working knowledge of current USDA and/or FDA regulatory, SQF and/or BRC, and 3rd party certification sanitation requirements. •Fluency in verbal and/or written Spanish
