Head of Collections & Recoveries - SMB Lending Leader

Storm 2 is partnering with a growing fintech lending platform in the United States to seek a Head of Collections who will lead collections, recoveries, and portfolio servicing across the lending business. You will drive collection performance, build scalable processes, and manage team leaders. You will monitor delinquencies, oversee legal recoveries and external agencies, and collaborate with Risk, Finance, Legal, and Operations to develop reporting, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
