Part Time Senior Bus Driver

Qualifications: Bus Driver requirements and qualifications To be qualified for a Driver position, and individual must meet the following standards and be able to perform the essential functions and activities of the position: Must possess a valid Chauffeur's License Clean driving record with no accidents or violations Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience as a bus driver preferred but not necessary The essential physical activities for Driver position involve the following: balancing, pulling, pushing, standing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and operating a bus. An individual in this position will be required to lift and carry weight ranging from 0 to 50 lbs. Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to perform wheelchair securements.
