Job Description:
Positions Available Salon Coordinator / Host · Sanctuary Salon & Spa Sanctuary Salon & Spa is looking for a calm, polished host to welcome guests and keep the day running. You are the first and last impression of the salon, in person and online. You will: Greet guests, manage the book, and deliver excellent customer service Communicate clearly by phone, text, email, and in person Host and manage our social media, including posting, captions, and replies Handle checkout, rebooking, and a well-kept front of house We are looking for excellent communication, real guest-service instincts, and hands-on social media experience. The salon is open 7 days a week, so the schedule rotates and includes weekends.

Our experienced owners and team specialize in contemporary and classic hair design, color, and our signature Japanese-inspired Head Spa treatments in a private, calming suite. We focus on quality service, premium products, and genuine one-on-one care in a drama-free environment.
