Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
  • Proactively follow community progress and ensure builder deadlines are being met
  • Quality walks are being performed and completed in a timely manner
  • Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
  • Build and maintain all customer relationships
  • Mentor and train employees improving the team
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player **Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager Who We're Looking ForResidential Wireman electrical license or better Electrical Experience in residential production home building Ability to manage sub crews and service technicians
  • Strong understanding of Electrical Code and Municipality requirements
  • Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary
  • Self-motivated and driven individuals who are looking to further develop their career
  • Required Education & Experience
  • At least 2 year of experience in the electrical field
