Senior Contracts Paralegal - Med Device/CDMO (Hybrid)

Forj Medical seeks a Contracts Paralegal to manage commercial contract lifecycle, review and negotiate agreements, and coordinate with outside counsel. Reporting to the CFO, you will draft, redline, and administer MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and related contracts in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial contracting, strong drafting skills, and experience with IP and risk management.
