Team Lead Software Engineer, Microservices. Go, NATS, Burlington, MA Hybrid

Overview In this role you lead backend development for high-load microservices in Go, advancing an industrial-scale digital manufacturing platform. You’ll work with a team of Go engineers to design, implement, and optimize distributed systems, and collaborate with Dev Ops to ensure robust deployments. You will influence technical decisions, mentor peers, and push for quality through tests and documentation. This position blends hands-on coding with leadership to shape a scalable, data-driven product.
