Associate Dentist (Fridays only)

Schedule: Every Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)Practice Setting: Outpatient Private Dental Practice

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a well-established private dental practice in Mason, OH. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans Perform preventive, restorative, and general dentistry procedures Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff Follow established office systems, clinical protocols, and quality standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Ohio Dental License or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment New graduates are encouraged to apply Willingness to learn, receive mentorship, and grow professionally

Transition Pay: $1,000/day for the first 90 days (up to 6 months based on transition)Production-
