24/7 NOC Technician: Network Incident & Support

Skyline Technology Solutions in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a detail-oriented NOC Technician to join our 24/7 network operations. You will monitor, triage, and resolve incidents while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams. The role requires 1–2 years in a NOC and CCNA/JNCIA certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days). On-site work 1–2 days per week; full-time position focusing on reliability and customer service.
