About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program and Training to lead and scale its AI-native training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the program's vision, pedagogy, and architecture, and for defining and iterating on the curriculum to meet the evolving AI labor market. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in workforce development, including community outreach, partner development, and meeting enrollment and job placement targets. The VPPT will also be tasked with driving continuous improvement, fostering a high-accountability culture, and integrating industry leaders and partners into the program. A deep commitment to the mission of economic transformation through equity and tech access is essential. Applicants for the VPPT position at the company should have at least 12 years' of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in a management role. The role demands a skilled people leader with a hands-on approach, adept at using data to track KPIs and drive program optimization. The ideal candidate will be deeply motivated by the mission of the organization and will have a background in designing and shaping learning models to ensure pedagogical rigor at scale. Experience in fostering critical thinking, professional behaviors, and applied technical skills in real-world, workforce, or adult-learning contexts is also required.
