Compensation & Opportunity Floor + commission Top Loan Officers have the opportunity to earn $250K–$330K+ annually Up to 12 warm, pre-qualified leads per day No cold calling Strong earning potential based on production Clear opportunities for growth and leadership
About the Role:
- Everyone starts with a 1–3 month ramp period as a Loan Officer Assistant, giving you the opportunity to learn our systems, develop your mortgage knowledge, and demonstrate your sales ability before transitioning into the Loan Officer role.
- Full-time, in-office in Fort Lauderdale
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWarm leads provided daily
- Sales-focused environment
- Training and support throughout your ramp period
