Real Estate Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing, and joint ventures. Manage due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning reviews. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and transactional documents. Prepare and negotiate leases, estoppels, SNDAs, easements, purchase and sale agreements, and other real estate documents. Advise clients on leasing, asset management, regulatory, transactional, and risk-management matters. Provide practical legal advice aligned with clients’ business objectives. Work collaboratively with attorneys across real estate, business, and litigation practices. Manage matters independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues. Develop and strengthen client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications: 6–15 years of commercial real estate legal experience. Active Washington State Bar license. Strong experience handling commercial real estate transactions. Knowledge of title and survey review, estoppels, SNDAs, easements, commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, financing, and development. Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage complex matters independently and efficiently.
