Role Description: This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager, North America in the electronics manufacturing industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business across the region by identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, and presenting Quality Line’s solutions to key decision-makers in manufacturing organizations. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve building long-term relationships with customers, collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The Sales Manager will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent Quality Line at relevant virtual and in-person industry events as needed.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics manufacturing, industrial software, or manufacturing analytics solutions. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and communicating value to technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production data, and quality management concepts within the electronics industry. Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and effective time management. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales productivity software (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms, communication and presentation tools).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities for North American markets are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to travel within North America when required for key client meetings, events, or conferences.
