Reconstruction Sales Consultant

Responsibilities: Meet homeowners at the point of impact and become their trusted guide as you begin the reconstruction process Assess damage, build the scope, and present reconstruction solutions with the confidence of a trusted advisor Document damage and submit required paperwork within one business day Serve as the main contact for homeowners, providing updates throughout the estimating & reconstruction process Navigate insurance processes and attend re-inspections when needed Coordinate with supervisors and project managers for smooth project handoffs Manage multiple active files at once while prioritizing customer experience and revenue outcomes Other duties may be assigned
