Building and operating production software and automation, the full-time Senior Production Engineer will enhance the reliability and scalability of AI services across DGX Cloud environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams while working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production software, automation, and tooling for control plane services and model deployments
Improve the reliability and availability of inference platforms through health validation and observability
Implement infrastructure as code and GitOps practices for consistent service deployment and management
Required qualifications:
8+ years of experience in building or operating production services and large-scale distributed systems
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or a comparable language
Experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management, or GitOps
In-depth knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and networking fundamentals
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
