This executive will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term commercial and business strategy for the fertilizer platform, with a focus on revenue growth, commercial performance, and profitability. Key responsibilities include market development, commercial execution, and infrastructure project commercial integration. The role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing commercial organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fertilizer markets, distribution channels, pricing strategies, and customer economics. They should be adept at negotiating complex commercial agreements and have a proven track record of P&L accountability. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The role also requires strong financial acumen, the ability to partner across various teams, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
