Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Employee Relations Director (Director Ethics & Compliance) to lead North America employee engagement and retention strategies, focusing on employee relations, policy interpretation and application, performance improvement, and investigations. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Culture, Ethics & Compliance and serves as the subject-matter expert for concerns across the organization.
