We are looking for a kind, dependable, organized, and positive Veterinary Receptionist who enjoys helping both people and animals. Veterinary experience is certainly valuable, but we also place a high priority on attitude, communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our hospital organized and creating an excellent experience for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and their pets and helping them feel welcome
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out efficiently
Communicating estimates, payments, and financial information clearly and professionally
Maintaining accurate and organized client and patient records
Supporting the veterinarian and technician teams throughout the day
Educating clients about services, medications, preventive care, and follow-up recommendations
Helping keep the front desk organized and clinic flow running smoothly

Experience That Is Helpful Previous experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
Veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience
Customer service or medical reception
Cornerstone, Pet Desk, or similar veterinary software
Basic veterinary terminology and preventive-care knowledge
