This role is all about bringing projects to life - from the start to the final homeowner walkthrough. You'll oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and at a five-star level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with crews before job start to review project scope and expectations Verify materials, deliveries, and proper job site setup Ensure dumpsters, yard signs, and safety protections are in place Oversee job site safety, including: AC protection Landscaping protection Proper equipment use, including Catch-All roofing systems Conduct on-site meetings with crews to review scope and safety procedures Manage change orders, including signatures, documentation uploads, and department communication Track and document returned extra materials Maintain quality control throughout the entire build process Meet with homeowners before projects begin Conduct final walkthroughs and collect signed completion forms Collect payments when applicable
