Executive Producer: Newsroom Leader & Storytelling

Hearst Television seeks an Executive Producer to lead the newsroom’s editorial vision across broadcast and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment. The role is hands-on, translating strategy into daily newscasts and digital coverage, recruiting producers, and guiding the team to deliver compelling content. The Executive Producer will coach producers, reporters, and video journalists, oversee graphics and storytelling quality, and report to the News Director.
